基于有限元法的卸船机钢结构开裂原因分析*

摘  要:借助有限元方法,计算了某港口16 t 桥式抓斗卸船机整机桥架钢结构不同载荷工况时的力能分布,通过对各工况整机桥架的最大主应力分布的分析,对卸船机钢结构静强度进行综合评估,为卸船机钢结构支腿处裂纹故障的原因及整改提供理论依据。

Cracking Causes Analysis of Steel Structure of Ship Unloader Based on the FEM

Abstract: In this paper, stress distribution on the steel structure of a 16 tons bridge-type grab ship unloader under different loading conditions is calculated by using the finite element method. Through analysis of the maximum principal stress distribution under each condition, comprehensive evaluation for the static strength on steel structure of ship unloader is made, thus the theoretical foundation for cracking causes of the steel structure outrigger of ship unloader and corrective actions are then provided.
