超声水浸探伤系统在玻璃钢粘结件中的应用

摘要:本文主要研究了船用玻璃钢粘结件的质量检测问题。在试件内部人工制造缺陷并对试件进行超声C扫描成像并进行A波形分析、聚类分析。检测结果与人工制造缺陷一致, 验证了超声水浸C扫描系统对检测船用玻璃粘结件的灵敏性及可靠性, 这对于船用材料质量控制具有重要意义。

Abstract: This article mainly studies the quality inspection problems of marine glass-steel bonded parts.Defects are made manually in the specimen and ultrasonic C-scan imaging is performed on the specimen,then Perform A waveform analysis and cluster analysis.The test result is consistent with the manual manufacturing defect.The sensitivity and reliability of the ultrasonic water-immersion C-scanning system for the detection of marine glass bonded parts were verified.This is of great significance for the quality control of marine materials.
