ZBZ-4.0井下照明综保装置控制原理及设计改进

摘要:ZBZ-4.0井下照明综合保护装置广泛应用于煤矿开采工程中的照明和信号设备保护,但其具有保护系统回路损坏失效的情况下也能够正常启动供电系统的缺陷,这就给整个电路系统带来很大的安全隐患,本文提出了一套保护电路板窜连在保护回路之中的设计方案,通过对保护线路失效原因进行分析及对交流接触器保护回路的改进,得出如果保护系统回路失效和损坏,那么线路的控制交流接触器就不能够再吸合导通,从而达到保护线路的目的。

Abstract: ZBZ-4.0 underground lighting comprehensive protection device is widely used in the protection of lighting and signal equipment in coal mining projects, but it can also start the power supply system with the protection system circuit failure failure, which brings the whole circuit system A great safety hazard, this paper proposes a design scheme to protect the circuit board from being connected in the protection circuit. By analyzing the cause of the failure of the protection line and improving the protection circuit of the AC contactor, it is concluded that if the protection system loop fails And damage, then the line control AC contactor can not be connected again, thus achieving the purpose of protecting the line.
