Application Research on Process Model Generation Method Based on Feature Association and Intelligent Reasoning

  • 摘要: 针对传统三维工艺设计中工序模型依赖人工建模、效率低下、一致性差等问题,本文提出一种基于特征关联与智能推理的工序模型自动化生成方法。该方法通过特征识别、加工推理、工艺智能编排构建完整的工艺知识链,实现工序模型的“一键式”生成与更新。系统支持PMI自动标注、工艺资源与参数的智能关联、工序描述的结构化填入,显著提升了工艺设计的自动化水平与规范性。本文详细阐述了模型生成的业务逻辑、技术架构、核心算法及实现过程,并通过应用实例验证了该方法的有效性,为三维结构化工艺设计的智能化升级提供了可行的技术路径。

     

    Abstract: A method for automated generation of process models based on feature association and intelligent reasoning is proposed in this paper to address the issues of manual modeling dependency, low efficiency, and poor consistency in traditional 3D process design. Through feature recognition, machining reasoning, and intelligent process planning, a complete process knowledge chain is constructed, enabling the “one-click” generation and update of process models. The system supports automatic PMI annotation, intelligent association of process resources and parameters, and structured input of process descriptions, significantly enhancing the automation level and standardization of process design. The business logic, technical architecture, core algorithms, and implementation process of model generation are elaborated in this paper. The effectiveness of the method is verified through application examples, providing a feasible technical path for the intelligent upgrade of 3D structured process design.
