新型U型销快速拆卸工具设计与仿真分析

Design and Simulation Study of a New Type Quick Disassembly Tool for U Pin

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下生产中,液压支架乳化液管的U型销极易发生锈蚀,给液压管路拆解带来巨大困难和安全隐患的情况,设计了一种新型U型销快速拆卸工具。该工具采用创新的结构设计,利用斜块和杠杆原理,通过旋转手柄带动楔块下移,对U型卡施加径向压力,使其从槽内快速脱离,从而实现安全高效拆解。为验证该工具的机械性能,基于ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了U型销快速拆卸工具的三维实体模型和有限元分析模型。通过应力、变形和接触分析,优化了工具的结构参数。仿真结果表明,该U型销快速拆卸工具在额定工作载荷下具有足够的强度和刚度,且接触界面无滑移脱离现象发生,能安全可靠的完成拆卸过程。该U型销快速拆卸工具避免了敲击和振动,从根本上杜绝了传统拆卸方式的安全隐患,提高了作业效率,为煤矿液压支架维护保养提供了新的技术手段。

     

    Abstract: In coal mining production, the U pin on the hydraulic support pipelines are prone to rusting, posing a significant challenge for pipeline disassembly. This paper presents a novel design of a rapid disassembly tool for the U pin. The tool adopts an innovative working principle and structural design, Utilizing the wedge principle to achieve rapid disassembly of the U Pin. The tool comprises a main body, a pressure plate, wedges, and a pull rod. During disassembly, rotating the handle drives the wedges downward, exerting radial pressure on the U pin, causing it to rapidly disengage from the groove, thereby enabling safe and efficient disassembly. To validate the tool’s performance, this paper establishes a three-dimensional model and a finite element model of the tool based on the ANSYS finite element analysis software. Through stress, deformation, and contact analyses, the structural parameters of the tool were optimized. The simulation results demonstrate that the tool possesses sufficient strength and rigidity Under the rated working load to reliably complete the disassembly task, with no sliding or separation occurring at the contact interfaces, ensuring a safe and reliable disassembly process. This novel rapid disassembly tool avoids the impacts and vibrations associated with traditional methods, fundamentally eliminating the safety hazards, effectively reducing material losses, and improving operational efficiency, thereby offering significant economic and social benefits. This research provides a new technical approach for the maintenance and repair of hydraulic supports in coal mining.
