高含黑粉的天然气管道的杂质分析及清管方案

ANALYSIS OF IMPURITIES IN NATURAL GAS PIPELINES WITH HIGH BLACK POWDER CONTENT AND PIGGING SOLUTIONS

  • 摘要: 针对高含黑粉的天然气管道展开研究,通过对某 LNG 天然气管线的实际案例分析,利用 EDS、XRD 等检测手段明确黑粉杂质的组成成分,深入剖析其产生原因。针对含大量黑粉杂质的长输天然气管道,并结合杂质特性提出"磁性-射流-重型"三级清管方案,以保证清管效果。检测分析结果显示,黑粉主要由铁的氧化物、羟基氧化铁和砂石构成,成因与管道施工环节及干燥处理不当密切相关。提出的清管方案经现场应用验证有效,为保障天然气管道安全高效运行提供了重要的技术参考。

     

    Abstract: This study focuses on natural gas pipelines with high black powder content. Through a case analysis of an LNG pipeline, the composition of black powder impurities was identified using detection methods such as EDS and XRD, and their formation causes were thoroughly investigated. For long-distance natural gas pipelines containing significant black powder impurities, a three-stage pigging solution—“magnetic-jet-heavy-duty”—was proposed based on impurity characteristics to ensure effective cleaning. The research indicates that black powder primarily consists of iron oxides, iron oxyhydroxides, and sand, with its formation linked to improper pipeline construction and drying processes. The proposed pigging solution has been validated as effective in field applications, providing crucial technical insights for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of natural gas pipelines.
