Abstract:
Aiming at the low efficiency, insufficient interactivity of groove information processing, and the challenges in complex groove drawing and data handling in the groove cutting workstation for port machinery components, this paper proposes an R&D scheme for an intelligent groove recognition and extraction program based on Zhongwang CAD. It systematically sorts out the program’s R&D background, deeply analyzes its design principles, focuses on elaborating the implementation paths of key technologies such as groove feature recognition, parameter extraction, and data interaction, and verifies the program’s application effects in actual engineering scenarios. The program effectively improves the digitalization level and processing efficiency of groove cutting for port machinery components, providing practical technical support for the development of intelligent manufacturing in the field of groove cutting.
