低功耗医疗器械电子设备系统设计与应用

Design and Application of Low-Power Medical Device Electronic Equipment Systems

  • 摘要: 针对医疗器械小型化给电子设备功耗控制带来的严苛要求及问题。本文提出低功耗医疗器械电子设备系统设计方案,通过构建分层功耗管理架构,选用STM32L476RG处理器、ADS1298采集芯片以及Nordic nRF52832蓝牙模块来构建系统,通过测试,此系统深度休眠时功耗仅仅只有0.08 mW,基于200 mAh电池能够连续工作超过48小时。实测心电监护精度达到了96.8%,血糖监测精度达到了94.5%,这验证了低功耗设计的有效性。

     

    Abstract: Miniaturization of medical devices places stringent demands on power consumption control in electronic devices. This paper constructs a hierarchical power management architecture, using an STM32L476RG processor, an ADS1298 data acquisition chip, and a Nordic nRF52832 Bluetooth module to build the system. This system consumes only 0.08 mW in deep sleep mode and can operate continuously for over 48 hours on a 200 mAh battery. Experimental measurements show an accuracy of 96.8% for ECG monitoring and 94.5% for blood glucose monitoring, validating the effectiveness of the low-power design.
