Design a specialized hydraulic lifting platform installation equipment design scheme based on the requirements of a specific installation equipment.Design a 4-degree-of-freedom fine-tuning mechanism on the upper platform based on the hydraulic scissor lift platform car as the main body. To meet the requirements, the dimensional design and finite element analysis of the hydraulic scissor lift platform installation equipment were carried out. Then, the working principle of hydraulic was analyzed, and the hydraulic cylinder and hand pump were selected. Finally, the trial production verification shows that the product meets the relevant technical requirements.
