一种智能草地养护设备的结构设计与仿真分析

Structural Design and Simulation Analysis of the Intelligent Grassland Maintenance Equipment

  • 摘要: 为了解决传统汽油割草机存在的噪音和空气污染问题,以及人力投入成本大、操作不便捷等现状,提出了一种智能化草地养护设备。该设备适应于多种修剪条件并能进行辅助浇灌等作业,适用于公园、学校、私人庭园等标准草地。文中重点对草地养护设备的各组成机构进行了结构设计,不仅采用了轻型升降机构来调节作业高度,还设置了独立悬挂以保持其在工作中的稳定性。同时,利用齿轮泵实现了均匀喷洒工作。通过对工作过程中关键部件的仿真分析,验证了该设备整体设计具备智能化、自动化程度高,效率高,功能完善以及绿色环保等优势,验证了该设备设计的正确性与工作可靠性,对草地养护设备的研发具有一定的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: In view of the serious problems of the traditional gasoline lawn mower, such as serious noise and air pollution, high manpower cost, and inconvenient operation, etc., a type of intelligent grassland maintenance equipment suitable for various pruning conditions and can perform auxiliary irrigation and other operations is proposed in this paper, which is suitable for standard lawn maintenance work in parks, schools and private gardens, etc. Focusing on the structural design of each component mechanism of grassland maintenance equipment, a light lifting mechanism is used to adjust the working height, and an independent suspension is set to maintain certain stability in the work, and the gear pump is used for uniform spraying. Through simulation analysis of the key components in the working process, it is verified that the overall design of the equipment has the advantages of intelligence, automation, high efficiency, perfect functions, and environmental protection. The correctness and working reliability of the equipment design are also verified. It has certain reference value for research and development of the grassland maintenance equipment.
