基于ANSYS Workbench的气液两相参数测量仪耐压性能有限元分析

摘要: 在石油、化工等诸多生产领域的生产过程中,气液两相参数测量仪在各种参数的在线实时测量中发挥着重要作用,它是生产稳定可靠运行的重要保证,其中仪器耐压性能是一项十分重要的安全指标。利用SolidWorks软件建立气液两相参数测量仪的电容模块和微波模块3D模型,在ANSYS Workbench软件中对模型耐压性能进行有限元分析仿真。仿真结果表明,在16 MPa工作压力下各模块均处于材料允许载荷,满足设计要求。研究结果为两相流参数测量仪实际生产和测试应用提供技术基础。Abstract: In the production process of many production fields such as petroleum and chemical industries, the online real-time measurement of various parameters by the gas-liquid two-phase parameter measurement instrument is an important guarantee for the stable and reliable production, among which the breakdown voltage property is a very important safety indicator for the instrument. The three-dimensional model of the capacitance module and microwave module of the gas-liquid two-phase parameter meter is established by SolidWorks software; and the property simulation analysis of the modules is carried out with ANSYS Workbench software. The analysis results show that the stress of the modules does not exceed its own material properties under 16 MPa working pressure, which meets the design requirements. Through the simulation analysis, it provides the technical foundation for the practical processing and testing of the gas-liquid multi-phase parameter measurement instrument.
