Abstract: In this paper, experimental study on the air-tightness performance of the solid-state laser is conducted by using the indium wire sealing structure. Then, the groove size, high and low temperature performance and reuse effect of the indium wire sealing structure are tested through the indium wire sealing test equipment; and the relevant change rules of indium wire as sealing material are obtained. It provides a reference for research and application of the indium wire sealing performance.
