高温耐磨闸阀的工艺设计与制造

Process Design and Manufacture of High Temperature Wear-Resistant Gate Valve

  • 摘要: 结合用户对耐高温、耐磨损阀门的需求,提出了一种适用于石油化工领域重催等装置中的阀门设计与制造方案。该方案详细介绍了耐磨零部件的结构设计和制作工艺,并推荐了不同温度等级下材料的选择,规定了耐磨衬里阀门的性能试验要求。通过对高温耐磨闸阀进行严格的压力试验以及用户现场实际使用的效果测试,验证了阀门各项性能均满足现场使用工况条件,解决了重催装置用阀门存在的使用寿命短、密封不可靠,容易引起安全事故的难题。

     

    Abstract: Combined with the user′s demand for high temperature and wear resistant valves, a design and manufacturing scheme of valves used in heavy pressure equipment in the field of petroleum and chemical industry is proposed. The structural design of wear-resistant parts and the production process of wear-resistant parts are introduced in detail; the selection of materials under different temperature grades is recommended; and the performance test requirements of wear-resistant lining valves are proposed. Through the strict pressure test of high temperature wear-resistant gate valve and the actual use effect of users, it is verified that all the performance of the valve can meet the field operating conditions. The problems of short service life, unreliable seal and easy to cause safety accidents are solved.
