采煤机负压二次降尘系统的改造与应用

Transformation and Application of Negative Pressure Secondary Dust Suppression System of Shearer

  • 摘要: 该文针对同忻矿综采工作面配置的负压二次降尘系统出现的喷雾泵故障频发、自动控制补水系统不可靠、喷咀堵塞严重等问题进行改造。应用3SP60-15/4.8型高压泵作为负压喷雾降尘水源动力,可解决喷雾泵故障频发问题;通过自动控制补水系统的改造实现高压喷雾泵智能化自动补水;通过降尘器喷咀改造实现喷雾距离扇面达标。三项技术改造的应用解决了采煤机在喷雾系统水源动力、自动化补水、喷雾覆盖面积等方面存在的难题,实现了设备的连续运行,极大地改善了整个工作面的作业环境,避免了粉尘对作业人员的职业健康伤害。

     

    Abstract: The fully-mechanized mining face in Tongxin Mine is equipped with the negative pressure secondary dust suppression system, which causes problems such as frequent faults of spray pump, unreliable automatic water supply system and serious nozzle blockage. Through the transformation of negative pressure secondary dust suppression system, the 3SP60-15/4.8 high-pressure pump is used as the power source of negative pressure spray dust suppression, and the intelligent automatic water replenishment of high-pressure spray pump is realized through the transformation of automatic water replenishment system, and the spray distance sector is up to standard through the transformation of dust catcher nozzle. The application of the three technical transformations has solved the problems of water source power, automatic water replenishment and spray coverage area of the spray system of shearer, which realizes the continuous operation of the equipment, greatly improves the working environment of the whole working face, and avoids the occupational health harm of dust to the workers.
