传递窗的优化设计研制

Research on the Optimal Design Method for Transfer Window

  • 摘要: 针对传统传递窗密封门转动开启方式存在的使用不够便捷、开启时占据空间较大的问题,设计了一种具备使用便捷和结构紧凑特点的滑动开启式传递窗。为验证传递窗的设计方法的可行性,在SolidWorks三维软件中对该传递窗进行三维建模和虚拟装配。根据该传递窗的三维设计方案,进行传递窗各零部件的机加工制造和组装调试。通过样机试制试验结果表明:采用滑动的开启闭合方式有效解决了传统传递窗密封门在转动开启时幅度较大、操作不便的问题,为传统传递窗的优化设计提供了参考依据。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, aiming at the problems existing in the traditional rotating opening mode of the sealed door of the transfer window, which is not convenient to use and occupies large space when opening, a sliding opening mode of the transfer window which has the characteristics of convenient use and compact structure is designed. In order to verify the feasibility of the design method of the transfer window, three-dimensional modeling and virtual assembly of the transfer window are performed in SolidWorks 3D software. According to the three-dimensional design scheme of the transfer window, the parts of the transfer window are manufactured and assembled. Through the trial production and test of the prototype, the results show that the optimized transfer window seal door adopts the sliding opening and closing mode, which effectively solves the problem of large amplitude and inconvenient operation when the traditional transfer window seal door is rotated and opened, and the reference basis is provided for the optimization design of the traditional transfer window.
