籽瓜皮粉碎机粉碎过程仿真与锤片受力分析

Simulation of Crushing Process of Seed Melon Peel Crusher and Force Analysis of Hammer Blade

  • 摘要: 针对籽瓜皮浪费严重造成的环境污染问题以及粉碎机耗能大的问题,利用SolidWorks、EDEM软件构建籽瓜皮模型,并对其粉碎过程中不同转速下锤片的受力情况进行了分析,探究了不同转子转速对锤片受力的影响,得出了较为适宜的转子转速范围,并结合样机生产试验验证了仿真模型的有效性。结果表明:仿真试验中转子转速的适宜范围为1 100~1 700 r/min,且当转速在2 300 r/min时锤片受到的冲击力最大;样机生产试验证明,仿真试验结果是可行的。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the environmental pollution caused by serious waste of seed melon peel, as well as the problem of large energy consumption of the crusher, the SolidWorks, EDEM software is used to build a model of seed melon peel, the crushing process under different speeds of the hammer force is analyzed to explore the impact of different rotor speeds on the hammer force, and then a more appropriate range of rotor speeds is obtained. The validity of the simulation model is verified with the production test of the prototype. It is concluded that the suitable range of rotor speed in the simulation test is from 1 100 r/min to 1 700 r/min, and the impact force on the hammer blade is the largest when the rotor speed is 2 300 r/min. The feasibility of the simulation results is verified through the production test of the prototype machine.
