Abstract:
The precast T-beam formwork is a kind of large-scale construction equipment used for cast-in-place concrete bridges, which has become an application technology that is being actively promoted in China because of its portable and efficient construction and good concrete forming effect after dismantling the formwork. In this paper, the structural strength of precast T-beam formwork is analyzed; comprehensively considering the vibration load and dumping load, force of the poured concrete on precast T-beam formwork is simulated, and its influence on the overall structural strength and stiffness of the formwork is also studied. A spatial finite element model of the precast T-beam formwork as a whole is established by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, and reasonable boundary conditions are set up to obtain the Von Mises stress distribution of the side formwork, the supporting structure and the back flute under the load of poured concrete respectively, as well as deformation of the formwork. The finite element analysis results show that the precast girder formwork parts meet the strength and stiffness requirements, and the analysis results can provide a reference for the safe construction of precast girder formwork.
