摘要: 非接触式机械密封是齿轮箱的常用密封结构,为降低其漏油风险,往往需要将互相配合的区域设计为异形槽结构,这样相应的加工难度和工艺复杂性均会大大提高。该文以某种端面异形槽的加工工艺为例,分析其结构特点和加工要点,通过工艺流程和专用刀具的设计,有效解决了加工难点并提高了加工效率。实例应用证明:此加工路线和加工刀具的有效性可为端面异形槽的加工提供借鉴意义。Abstract: Non-contact mechanical seals are commonly used in gear boxes. In order to minimize the risk of oil leakage, it is often necessary to design a specialized groove structure in the corresponding area, which would significantly increase the processing complexity and difficulty. By using the example of processing technology for an end-shaped groove, the structural characteristics and key points of processing are analyzed in this paper; then the processing difficulties are effectively solved and the processing efficiency is improved through the design of process flow and special tools. The application example demonstrates the effectiveness of machining routes and cutting tools, providing valuable insights for machining the end-shaped grooves.
