Abstract:
In this paper, the development and application of key technology for the novel dental restoration carving and milling machine is introduced. Firstly, the main structure, working principle, and performance characteristics of the novel carving and milling machine are presented. Secondly, in terms of key technologies, a compact spindle cooling system is proposed. By optimizing the cooling structure and integrating the cooling system and cutting fluid system, the equipment achieves a high degree of integration while ensuring continuous and stable operation of the carving and milling machine for extended periods. Furthermore, a novel milling fixture mechanism is also introduced, which can process various materials and meet the processing needs of various restoration bodies by improving the fixture structure and clamping method. In practical applications, the carving and milling machine is capable of meeting the complex needs of dental restoration and demonstrating significant advantages in terms of processing efficiency and accuracy.
