Abstract:
By introducing the installation environment of the converter of electric mining truck, a scheme of optimizing the structural design of the converter installation base is proposed to increase the torque checking space of the converter installation fasteners and simplify the converter installation process. The three-dimensional models of the inverter base before and after optimization are established respectively, and simulation analysis on the stress, displacement deformation, fatigue, and mode of the inverter base under four working conditions of static, vertical, steering, and braking is carried out by using the SolidWorks software. By comparing the simulation data before and after the optimization plan, the strength and stiffness of the optimized inverter base are verified. The results indicate that the inverter base after scheme optimization can meet the design requirements.
