电动矿用卡车变流器底座优化设计

Optimization Design of Converter Base for Electric Mining Truck

  • 摘要: 通过介绍电动矿用卡车变流器的车上安装环境,以增加变流器安装紧固件的扭矩校核空间及简化变流器安装过程为目的,提出变流器安装底座结构设计优化方案。首先分别建立优化前和优化后变流器底座的三维模型,然后应用SolidWorks软件对变流器底座在静态、垂向、转向和制动四种工况下的应力、位移形变以及疲劳和模态进行仿真分析,最后通过比对优化前后的仿真数据来校核优化后变流器底座的强度和刚度。结果表明,优化后的变流器底座方案可以满足设计要求。

     

    Abstract: By introducing the installation environment of the converter of electric mining truck, a scheme of optimizing the structural design of the converter installation base is proposed to increase the torque checking space of the converter installation fasteners and simplify the converter installation process. The three-dimensional models of the inverter base before and after optimization are established respectively, and simulation analysis on the stress, displacement deformation, fatigue, and mode of the inverter base under four working conditions of static, vertical, steering, and braking is carried out by using the SolidWorks software. By comparing the simulation data before and after the optimization plan, the strength and stiffness of the optimized inverter base are verified. The results indicate that the inverter base after scheme optimization can meet the design requirements.
