矿用风井防爆盖自动控制锁紧装置的设计及应用

Design and Application of Automatic Control Locking Device for Explosion-Proof Cover of Mining Wind Shaft

  • 摘要: 传统压板式反风锁紧装置需要人工操作,存在耗时长、工人劳动强度大及安全生产隐患大的问题。为了解决这些问题,该文基于某矿通风系统防爆盖及反风锁扣装置的主要结构及原理,分析了其操作中存在的不足,并通过综合应用液压驱动系统与自动化控制系统,设计了一种防爆盖自动锁紧装置,最后进行了应用测试。结果表明:通过改进防爆盖锁紧机制,使防爆盖的压紧操作及风机的反风操作都可在10 min内远程完成,消除了因人工操作不及时而导致的安全隐患,从而减轻了工人作业强度,达到了较好的应用效果。

     

    Abstract: The traditional pressure plate type anti-wind locking device requires manual operation, which has the problems of long time consumption, high labor intensity of workers, and high safety production hazards. Based on the main structure and principle of the explosion-proof cover and anti-wind locking device of a certain mine ventilation system, the shortcomings in its operation are analyzed. Through the comprehensive application of hydraulic drive system and automation control system, an explosion-proof cover automatic locking device is designed and tested. The results show that by improving the explosion-proof cover locking mechanism, the compression operation of the explosion-proof cover and the anti-wind operation of the fan can be remotely completed within 10 minutes, eliminating the safety hazards caused by untimely manual operation, reducing the workload of workers, and achieving good application effects.
