碳纤维复合材料结构件空心铆接强度研究

Study on Hollow Riveting Strength of Carbon Fiber Composite Structures

  • 摘要: 针对碳纤维复合材料结构件空心铆钉铆接质量判定难的问题,通过剪切试验、拉脱试验及扭转力矩试验比较了不同墩头尺寸下空心铆钉的连接强度,寻找出基于墩头尺寸的铆接质量判定标准。试验证明:当墩头直径高于8 mm时满足M5空心铆钉铆接强度要求,所研究结果可为空心铆钉在复合材料结构中的应用提供指导。

     

    Abstract: In view of the difficulty in determining the hollow riveting quality of carbon fiber composite structures, the joint strength of hollow rivet under different rivet tail size was compared by shear test, pull-off test and rotating moment test, and the criterion for determining the riveting quality based on rivet tail size was found. The test proves that the strength of M5 hollow rivet can be satisfied when the diameter of rivet tail is more than 8 mm, which provides guidance for the application of hollow rivet in composite structures.
