基于函数运算巧妙测量空间尺寸方法应用

  • 摘要: 很多大型产品零件上空间斜孔的定位尺寸测量较为困难和复杂,且具有耗时长、成本高、效率低等特点。该文从某零件空间斜孔的结构和测量难点入手,开展了测量方法研究,制定出了方便、高效的测量方案,并通过实例验证了该方法的可行性。该测量方法可以实现空间任意角度孔位置尺寸特征的精确测量,对异型零件检测、逆向工程测绘等具有一定的借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: The positioning size measurement of the space diagonal holes on many large -scale product parts is difficult and complicated, time-consuming, costly, and inefficient. In this paper, starting from the structure and measurement difficulties of the space diagonal hole of a certain part, the research method is carried out, a convenient and efficient measurement scheme for field use is also developed, and the feasibility of this method is verified through an instance. This measurement method can realize the precise measurement of the positioning characteristics of the space diagonal holes at any angle, which has certain reference significance for the detection of alien parts, reverse engineering surveying and mapping.
