大型薄壁容器设计问题及应用试验

Design Problems and Application Tests of Large Thin-Walled Vessel

  • 摘要: 该文以某公司承制的大型乙烯装置项目为依托,主要就大直径薄壁容器在设计中可能出现的问题,如开孔补强计算比较、局部应力计算方法选择、容器失稳、耐压试验方式选择、气体爆炸当量计算及防护距离评估、无损检测等问题进行了分析阐述,分析问题出现的原因并提出相应的解决办法,以期为以后的大型薄壁容器项目设计制造提供经验借鉴。

     

    Abstract: In this article, relying on a large ethylene plant project of a company undertaken by a company, the problems that may occur in the design of large diameter and thin wall containers are analyzed and expounded, such as calculation and comparison of open hole reinforcement, selection of local stress calculation methods, container instability, selection of pressure test methods, calculation of gas explosion equivalent and protection distance, non-destructive testing, etc. Causes of the problems are analyzed and the corresponding solutions are proposed, it is hoped to provide experience for design and manufacture of the large-scale thin-wall container projects in the future.
