Abstract:
With the continuous development of intelligent manufacturing, the machining industry urgently needs to improve the level of intelligence and accuracy of product quality monitoring. The paper discusses in detail around the application of multi-modal perception technology in machining quality control, and points out the quality control difficulties existing in traditional machining by analyzing the key technologies of the current quality control methods. By outlining the basic principles and advantages of multi-modal sensing technology and integrating acoustic, optical, electric and other sensing information, an effective method to improve the monitoring ability of machining process is proposed. Through practice and application results, the significant advantages of multi-modal sensing technology in improving machining quality control accuracy, reducing costs and improving efficiency are effectively verified. It provides a relevant reference for further research on multi-modal sensing technology in machining quality control.
