基于CFD的除尘系统仿真优化设计

Simulation and Optimization Design of Dust Removal System based on CFD

  • 摘要: 该文基于数学模型与CFD模型对光伏TOPCon太阳能电池激光掺杂设备的吸送式除尘系统进行优化。首先采用数学模型方法对除尘系统各部分的压力损耗进行了计算;再通过数学模型对CFD模型进行验证;最后使用CFD模型对除尘系统的各部分进行迭代优化,并根据实际条件将除尘系统的除尘效率提升到最优。优化后的系统不仅使人员的健康得到更好的保证,也使电池片的生产过程更为安全可靠,同时设备对环境也更为友好。

     

    Abstract: In this paper based on mathematical model and CFD model, the suction dust removal system of laser doping equipment of photovoltaic TOPCon solar cells is optimized. The mathematical model method is used to calculate the pressure loss of each part of the dust removal system. The CFD model is verified by mathematical model and the CFD model is used to iteratively optimize each part of the dust removal system, and the dust removal efficiency of the dust removal system is improved to the optimal according to the actual conditions.Consequently, this ensures better protection of personnel health, the production process of the battery is more safe and reliable, and the equipment is more friendly to the environment.
