某作动器液压管路流阻特性仿真分析

The Simulation Analysis of Flow Resistance for Hydraulic Pipe of Helicopter Actuator

  • 摘要: 为研究液压管路流阻对某直升机左、右作动器收放不同步问题的影响,文章搭建了试验液压管路的流阻特性仿真模型,通过试验数据修正得到了一套仿真分析方法,并基于此方法开展了左、右作动器收放液压管路的流阻特性计算。结果表明:采用的液压管路流阻特性仿真分析方法可行、仿真精度可信;右作动器对应液压管路的流阻比左作动器大6%左右。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the influence of flow resistance which in hydraulic pipe for the problem of non-synchronous when the left and right actuators of a helicopter expand or release. The simulation model of flow resistance for test hydraulic pipe was established in this paper, and the way of simulation analysis had obtained based on the correction by test data. The simulation of flow resistance for hydraulic pipe of left and right actuators was taken in this way. According to the results, a reliable accuracy of flow resistance in hydraulic pipe could be calculated by the method which was obtained in this paper. And the flow resistance of right actuator pipe was 6% higher than left.
