分切机下刀架在冲击载荷作用下的稳定性研究

Stability Research of Lower Slide of Slitting Machine under Impact Load

  • 摘要: 为提升分切机的工作性能,文章分析了冲击载荷对分切机下刀架稳定性的影响。首先通过静力学仿真软件分析了下刀架在自重静载荷下的变形和应力,然后利用弹簧振子系统将速度信号转换为加速度响应谱,进行响应谱仿真。最后将动态与静态仿真结果组合,全面分析冲击载荷的影响。优化设计后,刀轴在冲击载荷下的挠度由40.13 μm降至28.86 μm,减小了16.73%,显著提升了分切机的稳定性和生产效率。优化后的分切机运行良好,验证了仿真结果的合理性。

     

    Abstract: The article analyzes the influence of impact load on the stability of lower slide of slitting machine in order to improve its working performance. The deformation and stress of the lower slide under the static load are analyzed by statics simulation, and the response spectrum is simulated by using the mass-spring system to convert the velocity signal into acceleration response spectrum. The dynamic and static simulation results are combined to analyze the influence of impact load. After the optimization design, the deflection of the tool shaft under the impact load is reduced from 40.13 μm to 28.86 μm, which decreases by 16.73%, which helps to improve the stability and production efficiency of the slitting machine. The optimized slitting machine works well and the simulation results are verified.
