摘要: 该文通过对TRIZ 理论创新设计方法的一系列分析,将 TRIZ 理论中的创新原理、矛盾矩阵等创新设计理念与模块化设计思想结合起来,构建出一种以TRIZ创新设计理论为基础的产品创新设计模型,并对模型的关联因素进行了探讨。同时分析了沥青路面平整度装置的市场实际需求,将该创新设计模型应用到沥青路面平整度检测装置的结构创新设计当中,并借助SolidWords软件平台建立目标产品的创新三维模型,验证了设计方案的合理性。所研究结果为沥青路面平整度检测装置的设计提供了参考依据。Abstract: This paper conducted a series of analyses on the innovative design methodology based on TRIZ theory, integrating the innovative principles and contradiction matrix of TRIZ with modular design concepts to construct a product innovation design model grounded in TRIZ theory.The related factors of the model were also explored.In addition, the actual market demand for asphalt pavement flatness detection devices was analyzed, and the proposed innovation design model was applied to the structural innovation design of such a device. Using the SolidWorks software platform, an innovative 3D model of the target product was established, which verified the rationality of the design scheme. The results of this study provides a useful reference for the design of asphalt pavement flatness detection devices.
