自动标印机器人在热轧带钢生产线的设计及应用

Application of Automatic Marking Robot in Hot Rolling Strip Production Line

  • 摘要: 为实现热轧钢卷的自动化标印,文章结合现场实际工况,设计了一种基于PLC与工业机器人的标印工作站控制系统。该控制系统的核心由ABB工业机器人和西门子PLC组成,通过二者结合来对工作站控制系统硬件和程序进行优化设计。现场测试结果表明:该系统工作站能完成热板卷的自动标印工作,整体运行稳定,状态良好,标印效率高,满足现场生产使用要求。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize automatic marking of hot rolled steel coil, a marking workstation control system based on PLC and industrial robot is designed. The core of the control system is composed of ABB industrial robot and Siemens PLC. The hardware and software of the workstation control system are optimized through the combination of the two. Field test results show that the system workstation can complete the automatic marking work of hot plate coil, the system as a whole runs stably, in good condition, high marking efficiency, can realize the automatic marking of hot plate coil, and meet the requirements of field production.
