缠绕式矿井提升机主轴装置动力学特性研究

Research on Dynamic Characteristics of Spindle Device of Winding Mine Hoist

  • 摘要: 文章以JKN-3×2.2P缠绕式矿井提升机为研究对象,针对提升机主轴装置在实际运行工况中因承受来自于外转子滚筒的动态载荷而不可避免地产生振动的问题展开研究。首先基于SolidWorks平台搭建提升机主轴装置关键承载部件三维模型,并将其耦合于ANSYS Workbench平台完成有限元模型构建;然后通过数值模拟对提升机主轴装置进行模态及谐响应分析,确定其整体结构在承受不同频率范围载荷时的幅频响应;最后完成了提升机主轴装置的振动特性试验。研究表明,提升机主轴装置的敏感频率范围在14~83 Hz附近,在加减速运行阶段,其振动信号波动较大,匀速阶段振动信号较为稳定。研究结果为矿井提升机安全高效运行提供了理论依据。

     

    Abstract: The JKN-3×2.2P winding mine hoist as the research object, in view of the fact that the spindle device of the hoist sustains the dynamic load from the outer rotor drum in the actual operation condition, the problem that the spindle device of the whole hoisting system cannot avoid vibration is studied. Based on SolidWorks platform, the three-dimensional model of the key bearing parts of the hoist spindle device is built, and it is coupled to ANSYS Workbench platform to complete the finite element model construction. Through numerical simulation, the modal and harmonic response of the hoist spindle device is analyzed, and the amplitude-frequency response of the whole structure of the hoist spindle device under different frequency ranges is determined. Finally, the vibration characteristics test of the hoist spindle device is completed. The research shows that the sensitive frequency range of the hoist spindle device is around 14~83 Hz, and its vibration signal fluctuates greatly in the acceleration and deceleration operation stage, and the vibration signal is relatively stable in the uniform speed stage. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the safe and efficient operation of mine hoist.
