皮带机双机永磁驱动系统的设计及应用分析

摘要: 为有效解决矿用皮带机传统驱动系统存在的能耗高、故障率高的问题,该文提出了一种皮带机双机永磁驱动系统。基于皮带机的主要结构及控制原理,结合皮带机的调速需求,分析了皮带机双机驱动的优势及永磁同步电机的驱动策略,设计了皮带机双机永磁驱动系统,重点介绍了系统硬件部分的选型及软件部分的调速控制流程,并进行了仿真分析,结果表明:应用该系统可实现皮带机远距离控制,不仅节约了电能,降低了皮带机故障率,还能满足矿井生产需求,取得了较好的应用效果,此设计结果可为皮带机驱动系统的设计提供参考。Abstract: In order to effectively solve the problems of high energy consumption and high failure rate in the traditional drive system of mining belt conveyor, this paper proposed a dual permanent magnet motor drive system for belt conveyor.Based on the main structure and control principle of the belt conveyor, combined with the speed regulation requirements of the belt conveyor, the advantages of dual machine drive and the drive strategy were analyzed. A dual machine permanent magnet drive system of the belt conveyor was designed, and the hardware selection and software speed regulation control process of the system were introduced. Simulation analysis was carried out, and the results showed that the application of this system enabled long-distance control of the belt conveyor, reduced energy consumption and failure rate, and met the production needs of the mine. The system achieved favorable application outcomes and can serve as a reference for the design of belt conveyor drive system.
