矿用掘进设备位移传感器损坏原因分析及改进设计

Failure Analysis and Improved Design of Displacement Sensors for Mining Excavation Equipment

  • 摘要: 针对掘进设备所用的国产位移传感器可靠性、稳定性差以及在应用过程中易出现损坏的问题,该文基于位移传感器的安装位置及工作原理分析了其损坏的原因,并与进口传感器进行了对比分析,从多方面着手对国产位移传感器进行了改进及试验验证,验证结果表明:改进后的传感器运行更稳定、更可靠,使用寿命更长。

     

    Abstract: This paper addresses the issues of poor reliability and stability, as well as frequent damage, associated with domestically produced displacement sensors used in excavation equipment.Based on an analysis of the sensors' installation position and working principle, the causes of sensors failure were identified.A comparative analysis with imported sensors was also conducted. Improvements were made to the domestic displacement sensors from multiple aspects, followed by experimental verification. The results showed that the improved sensors operated more stably and reliably, with a significantly longer service life.
