工程机械液压缸拉缸故障机理分析与研究

  • 摘要: 液压缸作为工程机械的关键共性元器件,对其故障的相关研究一直是关注的重点。拉缸是液压缸常见的典型故障,此故障将导致液压缸工作时出现内泄漏而无法正常工作。文章总结了液压缸拉缸的表现迹象,分析了造成拉缸的各种原因。通过对液压缸拉缸机理的研究,将其故障过程分为三个阶段,重点研究了液压缸拉缸的磨损机理,认为液压缸拉缸的磨损形式以粘着磨损和磨料磨损为主,并用某公司提供的某型汽车起重机液压缸拉缸试样进行了分析验证,证明了对工程机械液压缸拉缸故障机理所做分析的有效性。

     

    Abstract: As a critical component of construction machinery, the research related to the failure of hydraulic cylinders has been the focus of attention. Pulling cylinder is a common and typical failure of hydraulic cylinder, which will lead to the hydraulic cylinder work with internal leakage and abnormal operation of the cylinder. This paper summarizes the signs of the performance of the hydraulic cylinder pulling cylinder, and analyzes the various causes of the pulling cylinder. By studying the mechanism of hydraulic cylinder pulling, the process of hydraulic cylinder pulling is divided into three stages. The wear mechanism of the hydraulic cylinder pulling cylinder is studied, and it is considered that the form of wear of the hydraulic cylinder pulling cylinder is mainly adhesive wear and abrasive wear, and the hydraulic cylinder pulling cylinder specimen of a certain type of truck crane provided by a certain company is analyzed and verified.
