难加工材料刀具定额管理优化测试

Optimization Testing of Tool Quota Management for Difficult-to-Machine Materials

  • 摘要: 针对难加工材料加工效率低以及刀具消耗量大、加工投入成本较高等问题,该文对刀具展开了定额管理优化试验分析。首先通过典型规格刀具优化加工参数测试,明确各加工方式下满足要求的各品牌刀具的使用寿命。然后依据测试结果确定出其余常用规格刀具的优化加工参数与刀具寿命。最后通过最优性价比刀具选取方法选取难加工材料加工投入成本最低的刀具,从而达到刀具定额管理优化的目的。

     

    Abstract: To address the issues of low machining efficiency, excessive tool consumption, and high processing costs associated with difficult-to-machine materials, this study conducted experimental optimization analyses on tool quota management. Firstly, machining parameter optimization tests were performed on standard specification tools to determine the service life of various tool brands under required processing conditions. Subsequently, optimized machining parameters and tool life for other commonly used specifications were established based on the test results. Finally, a cost-performance ratio optimization method was applied to select tools with the lowest total processing costs for difficult-to-machine materials, thereby achieving the objective of quota management optimization for cutting tools.
