基于多传感器的矿井通风智能监测系统设计

Design of Mine Intelligent Ventilation Monitoring System based on Multi-sensors

  • 摘要: 针对传统矿井通风监测系统存在监测效率低、智能化水平不足,难以满足矿井自动化与智能化发展需求的问题,该文采用温度、湿度及气体浓度等多种传感器,对矿井通风工况进行综合监测,并结合数据融合技术对通风状态进行分析,设计了一种矿井通风智能监测系统。介绍了系统的总体架构,并完成了硬件与软件模块的设计与实现,同时开展了系统应用测试。结果表明,该系统能够实时监测矿井通风状况,及时识别并预警潜在通风风险,实现通风过程的智能监测与调控,显著提升通风系统的自动化与智能化水平,取得了良好的应用效果。

     

    Abstract: To address the problems of traditional mine ventilation monitoring systems, such as low monitoring efficiency and insufficient intelligence, which make it difficult to meet the development requirements of mine automation and intellectualization, this paper adopts various sensors for temperature, humidity, gas concentration and other parameters to comprehensively monitor mine ventilation operating conditions. Combined with data fusion technology to analyze ventilation status, an intelligent mine ventilation monitoring system is designed. The overall architecture of the system is introduced, the hardware and software modules are designed and implemented, and application tests of the system are carried out. The results show that the system can monitor mine ventilation conditions in real time, identify potential ventilation risks and issue early warnings in a timely manner, realize intelligent monitoring and regulation of the ventilation process, significantly improve the automation and intelligence level of the ventilation system, and achieve favorable application effects.
