煤矿下运皮带机阻尼托辊的设计及应用分析

Design and Application Analysis of Damping Roller for Coal Mine Conveyor Belt Conveyor

  • 摘要: 针对矿井巷道运输工况复杂、皮带机输送距离长,以及下运皮带机易发飞车等重大安全隐患,为保障设备安全稳定运行,该文结合下运皮带机主体结构与工作原理,专项设计阻尼托辊装置。研究详细阐述阻尼托辊整体结构,完成关键构件优化设计,并通过模拟仿真与现场实测双重验证,检验其皮带机调速控制实效。试验结果表明,加装阻尼托辊可有效管控下运皮带机运行速度,能够切实保障设备安全、稳定、高效运转。

     

    Abstract: In view of complex transportation conditions in mine roadways, long conveying distances of belt conveyors, and serious potential safety hazards such as overspeed runaway of downward belt conveyors, this paper designs a damping idler based on the main structure and working principle of downward belt conveyors to ensure safe and stable operation of the equipment. The overall structure of the damping idler is elaborated, and its key components are optimally designed. Both simulation and field tests are carried out to verify its speed regulation performance for belt conveyors. The results show that the application of damping idlers can effectively control the operating speed of downward belt conveyors, and reliably guarantee the safe, stable and efficient operation of the equipment.
