选煤厂重介分选精煤灰分自动控制系统开发与应用

Development and Application of an Automatic Control System for Clean Coal Ash Content in Heavy Medium Separation of Coal Preparation Plants

  • 摘要: 为提升选煤厂分选精度,该文一种重介分选精煤灰分自动控制系统设计方案。首先介绍了自动控制系统的总体框架;然后分别详细分析了灰分在线检测、灰分预测与SPC分析、闭环控制算法等主要功能模块的设计;最后利用实践应用对自动控制系统应用效果进行了验证。应用结果表明:投用该自控系统后,精煤灰分稳定控制在 10.6%~11.2%,满足 10.5%~11.5% 的工艺指标要求,具备规模化推广价值,可为选煤厂提质分选提供技术支持和参考。

     

    Abstract: To improve the separation accuracy of coal preparation plants, this paper proposes an automatic control scheme for ash content of clean coal in dense medium separation. Firstly, the overall framework of the system is introduced, and then the design of core modules including online ash content detection, ash content prediction, SPC analysis and closed-loop control algorithm are elaborated. Finally, the field application is carried out to verify the system performance. The application results show that after adopting the automatic control system, the ash content of clean coal is steadily maintained between 10.6%~11.2%, which meets the technical requirement of 10.5%~11.5%. The system has large-scale promotion value and can provide technical reference for quality improvement and separation optimization in coal preparation plants.
