工业供汽系统减温水调节阀杆断裂失效问题分析

Fracture Failure Analysis of Desuperheating Water Regulating Valve Stem in Industrial Steam Supply System

  • 摘要: 针对某电厂工业供汽系统减温水阀杆断裂失效问题,该文通过化学成分分析、室温拉伸试验、室温冲击试验、金相分析、维氏硬度试验、断口形貌观察,研究了其失效机理。结果表明,引起阀杆样品疲劳断裂的主要原因是样品在螺纹牙底的圆弧半径明显偏小,加之材料状态较差、抗疲劳性能不足,导致该部位易形成应力集中。在流量小、压差大的恶劣工况下,工质冲击引起交变应力,进而在应力集中处逐渐产生疲劳裂纹,并最终扩展至断裂。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of valve stem fracture and failure in the industrial steam supply system of a power plant, the failure mechanism was studied by chemical composition analysis, tensile test at room temperature, impact test at room temperature, metallographic analysis, Vickers hardness test and fracture morphology observation. The results show that the main reasons for the fatigue fracture of the stem samples are the small radius of the thread bottom arc and the poor material status of the samples, which are easy to produce stress concentration and poor fatigue resistance. During the use of the valve, especially under the bad working conditions of small flow rate and large pressure difference, fatigue cracks are gradually initiated under the alternating stress caused by the impact of the working medium and extend to fracture.
