刮板输送机与采煤机协同控制系统设计应用

Design and Application of Collaborative Control System Between Scraper Conveyor and Shearer

  • 摘要: 针对采煤机与刮板输送机协同速度不匹配而造成的刮板输送机负载稳定性差、机组使用寿命短、生产效率低等问题,该文提出了提出了一种协同调速控制系统方案。首先建立了刮板输送机载煤量变化的计算模型,并基于粒子群多目标优化算法,对刮板输送机链速与采煤机牵引速度进行了协同优化计算。结果表明,采用粒子群算法的协同速度规划后,采煤机与刮板输送机在正、反向运行期间负载稳定性明显提高,刮板输送机载煤量平稳,消除了短时间内机载煤量骤变的隐患;同时,协同调速控制效果良好,有利于降低设备使用损耗率,提高采煤生产效率。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems of poor load stability, short service life and low production efficiency of the scraper conveyor caused by the mismatch of the synergistic speed of the shearer and the scraper conveyor, a cooperative speed control system scheme was proposed, a calculation model of the change of coal load capacity of the scraper conveyor was established, and the chain speed of the scraper conveyor and the traction speed of the shearer were calculated and optimized based on the particle swarm multi-objective optimization algorithm. During the reverse operation, the load stability is significantly improved, the coal load of the scraper conveyor is stable, the hidden danger of sudden change in the amount of coal on the board in a short period of time is eliminated, and the effect of collaborative speed control is good, which is conducive to reducing the loss rate of equipment and improving the production efficiency of coal mining.
