Abstract:
In view of the problems of poor load stability, short service life and low production efficiency of the scraper conveyor caused by the mismatch of the synergistic speed of the shearer and the scraper conveyor, a cooperative speed control system scheme was proposed, a calculation model of the change of coal load capacity of the scraper conveyor was established, and the chain speed of the scraper conveyor and the traction speed of the shearer were calculated and optimized based on the particle swarm multi-objective optimization algorithm. During the reverse operation, the load stability is significantly improved, the coal load of the scraper conveyor is stable, the hidden danger of sudden change in the amount of coal on the board in a short period of time is eliminated, and the effect of collaborative speed control is good, which is conducive to reducing the loss rate of equipment and improving the production efficiency of coal mining.
