Progress in Numerical Simulation of Solid-Liquid Two-Phase Flow in Mechanically Agitated Reactors

  • 摘要: 计算流体力学技术作为强大的数值模拟工具,能为搅拌器的设计提供重要的理论依据。文中概述了两相流模型和湍流模型的适用性与局限性,阐述了双层桨优化设计对提升混合效率与传热性能的优势。同时指出,未来需开发更先进模型并融合新技术,推动数值模拟的精准化与智能化应用,进而为搅拌设备优化及工业过程节能增效提供坚实的理论支撑与有效的技术手段。

     

    Abstract: Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technology, as a powerful numerical simulation tool, provides crucial theoretical support for agitator design. This paper outlines the applicability and limitations of two-phase flow models and turbulence models, highlighting the advantages of double-layer impeller optimization in enhancing mixing efficiency and heat transfer performance. It also emphasizes the need to develop more advanced models and integrate new technologies to advance the precision and intelligent application of numerical simulation. This will provide robust theoretical support and effective technical means for optimizing mixing equipment and enhancing energy efficiency in industrial processes.
