矿用悬臂式掘进机智能监测系统设计及应用分析

Design and Application Analysis of Intelligent Monitoring System for Mining Cantilever Excavator

  • 摘要: 针对矿用掘进机工作环境恶劣,易出现各类故障,存在影响工作面高效生产的问题,为进一步掌握掘进机运行情况,降低掘进机故障率,基于掘进机智能监测系统应具备的主要功能,设计了一种悬臂式掘进机智能监测系统,设计了监测系统的总体结构,探讨了其用到的部分关键部件,并分析了其应用效果,应用结果表明:应用该系统能实时采集监测掘进机核心部位运行情况,分析监测结果,并实现超限报警,有助于更好的保障掘进机的安全稳定运行。

     

    Abstract: In response to the harsh working environment of mining tunneling machines, which are prone to various faults and affect the efficient production of the working face, in order to further grasp the operation of the tunneling machine and reduce the failure rate of the tunneling machine, a cantilever tunneling machine intelligent monitoring system was designed based on the main functions that the intelligent monitoring system of the tunneling machine should have. The overall structure of the monitoring system was designed, and some key components used were discussed. The application effect was analyzed. The application results showed that the system can real-time collect and monitor the operation of the core parts of the tunneling machine, analyze the monitoring results, and achieve over limit alarm, which helps to better ensure the safe and stable operation of the tunneling machine.
