Abstract:
In response to the harsh working environment of mining tunneling machines, which are prone to various faults and affect the efficient production of the working face, in order to further grasp the operation of the tunneling machine and reduce the failure rate of the tunneling machine, a cantilever tunneling machine intelligent monitoring system was designed based on the main functions that the intelligent monitoring system of the tunneling machine should have. The overall structure of the monitoring system was designed, and some key components used were discussed. The application effect was analyzed. The application results showed that the system can real-time collect and monitor the operation of the core parts of the tunneling machine, analyze the monitoring results, and achieve over limit alarm, which helps to better ensure the safe and stable operation of the tunneling machine.
