Research on Geometric Parameter Measurement Method for a Diversion Unit

  • 摘要: 本文针对导流装置典型几何参数的检测,搭建了一种检测方法的数学模型,从理论上推导了主要几何参数:同轴度、翼片安装角、翼片反角的检测算法,通过该算法可以用简单的线性位移传感器实现导流装置复杂的几何参数检测。同时本文搭建了验证平台对算法进行了验证,验证数据显示,采用该检测方法验证平台的实测值与真值高度一致,算法显示出了良好重复性和低偏倚性。通过该方法,能够实现此类导流装置几何参数的自动化检测,从而满足生产线建设过程中对检测工艺自动化的要求。

     

    Abstract: A measurement method of typical geometric parameters of flow guide devices was analyzed. The measurement mathematical model was established. The detection algorithms for key geometric parameters—coaxiality, installation angle of the vanes, and back angle of the vanes—are theoretically derived. These algorithms enable the use of simple linear displacement sensors to achieve the measurement of complex geometric parameters of the flow guide device. Additionally, a validation platform was developed to verify the proposed algorithms. Validation data demonstrated that the measured values from the platform closely align with the true values, indicating excellent repeatability and minimal bias in the algorithm. This method facilitates automated measurement of geometric parameters for such flow guide devices, meeting the requirements for automation in production line inspection processes.
