基于熔融沉积型3D打印机及其加工精度的一致性分析

Analysis of Consistency in Processing Accuracy based on Fused Deposition Modeling 3D Printers

  • 摘要: 随着FDM 3D打印技术的快速发展,各行业对打印效率和成型精度的要求日益提高。该文针对 FDM 3D打印机成型精度不足的问题,对影响3D打印机加工精度的误差因素开展了一致性分析,通过建立模型的方式验证误差一致性分析与优化设计的可行性。研究成果可为FDM型3D打印机的精度优化提供新的理论设计思路,对改善成型工件尺寸精度与表面质量、提升整机加工性能具备工程参考价值。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of FDM 3D printing technology, industries have raised increasingly stringent requirements for printing efficiency and forming accuracy. Aiming at the insufficient forming precision of FDM 3D printers, this paper conducts a consistency analysis on error factors affecting machining accuracy of the printer and verifies the feasibility of error consistency analysis and optimized design via modeling. The research findings provide a novel theoretical design approach for precision improvement of FDM 3D printers and offer engineering references for enhancing dimensional accuracy, surface quality of printed parts and overall machining performance of the equipment.
