Analysis of Consistency in Processing Accuracy Based on Fused Deposition Modeling 3D Printers

  • 摘要: 随着FDM 3D打印技术的快速发展,各行业对打印效率和成型精度的要求日益提高。针对 FDM 3D打印机成型精度不足的问题,对影响3D打印机加工精度的误差因素开展了一致性分析,通过建立模型的方式验证误差一致性分析与优化设计的可行性。本研究为FDM 3D打印机的精度提升提供了新的理论设计方法,为提升3D打印机加工精度,改善成型件的表面质量和尺寸精度,具有参考价值。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of FDM 3D printing technology, various industries have high requirements for printing efficiency and molding accuracy. For the problem of insufficient molding accuracy in FDM 3D printers, a consistency analysis was conducted on the error factors that affect the processing accuracy of 3D printers. The feasibility of error consistency analysis and optimization design was verified by establishing a model. This study provides a new theoretical design method for improving the accuracy of FDM 3D printers, which has reference value for enhancing the processing accuracy of 3D printers, improving the surface quality and dimensional accuracy of molded parts.
