盾构行星减速机相关强度及齿轮修形计算分析

Strength and Gear Modification Calculation Analysis of Shield Planetary Reducer

  • 摘要: 盾构行星减速机是盾构机驱动系统中必不可少的部件,是盾构机挖掘系统中主要传动装置,用于连接刀盘与液压马达。本文对所设计的盾构行星减速机结构参数,进行相关强度及修形计算分析,即基于MASTA传动分析软件对齿轮和轴承参数进行疲劳和静强度校核,同时针对不同工况得出齿轮微观修形优化方案,基于Abqus有限元分析软件对各主要结构部件进行强度分析。经分析所设计的相关参数和结构能够满足设计使用要求。

     

    Abstract: The shield planetary reducer is an essential component in the drive system of the shield machine, and is the main transmission device in the excavation system of the shield machine, used to connect the cutterhead and hydraulic motor. This article conducts strength and shape modification calculations and analysis on the structure of the designed shield planetary reducer scheme. Based on the MASTA transmission analysis software, fatigue and static strength checks are carried out on the gear and bearing parameters. At the same time, micro shape modification optimization schemes for gears are obtained for different working conditions. Strength analysis of each main structural component is carried out using Abqus finite element analysis software. After analysis, the relevant parameters and structures designed can meet the requirements for use.
