Simulation Analysis and Experimental Research on Key Connection Structure Strength of Electric Three Wheel Cleaning Vehicle

  • 摘要: 为了研究清洗车车架与水箱连接结构的强度,以某型号电动清洗车关键连接结构为研究对象。建立连接结构的三维模型,确定清洗车两种典型工况下的受力特性,进行不同工况下的有限元分析,得到该型号清洗车关键连接结构的应力分布结果。通过应力测试试验,验证了连接结构强度仿真分析的应力结果的合理性和准确性。为清洗车车架与水箱连接结构优化提供重要的参考依据。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the strength of the connection structure between the body frame and the water tank of a cleaning vehicle, the key connection structure of a certain model of electric cleaning vehicle is taken as the research object. Establish a three-dimensional model of the connecting structure, determine the stress characteristics of the cleaning vehicle under two typical working conditions, conduct finite element analysis under different working conditions, and obtain the stress distribution results of the key connecting structure of the cleaning vehicle model. The rationality and accuracy of the stress results obtained from the simulation analysis of the strength of the connecting structure were verified through stress testing experiments. Provide important reference for optimizing the connection structure between the cleaning vehicle frame and the water tank.
