基于结构力学的某大型天线转盘轴承的状态分析与优化

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了某40米天线设备的结构特性,指出了转盘轴承在天线设备运行中的状态变化,并对天线设备和转盘轴承进行结构力学模型的建立与分析,提出一种加固转盘轴承结构刚性的方法,同时利用力学仿真对加固前后转盘轴承的状态变化进行研究,并分析了该方法应用于天线设备运行中的指标变化,结果表明了40米天线转盘轴承的刚性加固对其方位运转精度具有改善作用,并比较了大型天线使用三排圆柱滚子轴承的特点,说明了优化转盘轴承内部结构的设计,具有改变其受力状态的作用,保证了转动精度的稳定性,这对于大型天线方位转动研制具有参考意义。

     

    Abstract: This paper takes a 40 m antenna turntable bearing as the research object. According to the structural characteristics of the antenna, the stress analysis of turntable bearing in working state is introduced. Base on analyzing change of the turntable bearing reinforcement by mechanical simulationbefore and after,a method that strengthening the structural accuracy of turntable bearing is put forward.The results show that the accuracy of azimuth rotationcan be improved through by reinforcing the inflexibility of the turntable bearing of 40 m antenna. Compared with the characteristics of three row cylindrical roller bearing in application, it has the effect on changing the force state by optimizing the internal structure design of the turntable bearing. It is reference significance for the development of azimuth rotation of large antenna.
