Abstract:
A new dual spindle vertical CNC lathe structure is proposed to improve the production efficiency of disc parts in automated production lines, which can achieve automatic loading, unloading, and processing of workpieces. The operational principles, internal structural composition, and selection validation of key components of the machine are elaborated. Through its application in the automation production of rice cooker heating plates, it verifies that the machine tool has significant application value in the field of automated machining.
