Corrosion Cause Aanalysis of An Evaporator Tube Bundle

  • 摘要: 某公司蒸发器投入使用不足一年,管束出口侧发生严重腐蚀。通过宏观分析、化学成分测试、硬度测试、金相和扫描电镜分析确定腐蚀原因。分析表明,蒸发器管束发生了氧腐蚀。机组停机后,管束中残留的冷凝水未彻底排尽,在出口侧聚集,引起水侧腐蚀,Cl离子加剧了腐蚀进程。依据腐蚀原因,对管程进口蒸汽品质以及设备停用维护等方面提出建议,为蒸发器后续运行提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The evaporator of a company was put into use for less than 1 year, and serious corrosion occurred on the outlet side of the tube bundle. The corrosion causes were determined by macroscopic analysis, chemical composition test, hardness test, metallographic and scanning electron microscope analysis. The analysis showed that oxygen corrosion occurs in the evaporator tube bundle. After the unit is shut down, the residual condensate water in the tube bundle is not completely discharged, and accumulates at the outlet side, causing corrosion on the water side. The presence of Cl ions aggravates the corrosion.According to the causes of corrosion, some suggestions are put forward on the quality of the inlet steam and the maintenance of the equipment, which can provide reference for the subsequent operation of the evaporator.
